I purchased a 118D BMW convertible over 18 months ago from yourselves. My husband and I have purchased cars six times in Perth over the last 10 years and I wanted to let you know purchasing the 118D from 3MW has been by far the best car purchasing we have had. Thank you. The reason I am letting you know now is we recently purchased a new car from a Perth dealership and the experience was very poor due to the following: 1. Lack of honesty 2. Lack of communication 3. Lack of call back. I guess having a bad experience makes one think about the good experiences. Keep up the good work.
I just want to offer a big thanks and commend both Kallum (hope that is spelt correctly) and Scott for their assistance with the repair on my 528. My car, 1DFG 095 a 528 had an unfortunate overheating problem on the freeway yesterday and at short, and i am sure inconvenient, notice Callum took the car in, had it repaired quickly and cost efficiently yesterday and I picked it up today. Scott was kind enough to assist at short notice getting me to the station. The car has come back fixed, as I hoped for and to add a good clean – just brilliant and an exceptional level of immediate service rarely seen. Well done and thank you – a great experience.
